The aim of catering shop assistant training:
To make it possible to obtain the competences necessary
to fill up the job of a catering shop assistant. A catering
shop assistant must be able to fulfil supplying, production
and selling and storing activity in the catering unit,
to cultivate connections with guests, to supply the proper
amound and qualify of goods. To ensure the personal and
objective conditions, to organize administrative order,
to keep the regulations of fire and labour safety and
hygenic rules (HACCP). He has to be able to operate the
machines of the catering unit, to make cold-kitchen
meals, and professionally serving them. We offer this
catering training to those who would like to start an
own enterprise as the precondition of starting a catering
enterprise is to have the qualification in restaurant keeping.
We offer the training to those who would like to work in
the catering industry and to those who already work there
but are searching for professional development.
